Process
The Bridging working process comprises the following four steps:
- Quick scan
First indication whether innovations fit the Bridging criteria - Business Case / Model
Study feasibility and required conditions to determine likelihood of success - Business plan (BP)
Compose solid business plans that can be presented to potential financers within the Bridging Competencies network - Implementation
Commit resources to execute the BP and start the implementation
Teams at work
Once consensus is reached on the business model, the outcomes are incorporated into the business plan and a project team is put together. This team, consisting of senior experts and young professionals, is dedicated to leading the market introduction.
Bridging also supports the innovator in the many challenges of building an organization, either by allocating expert coaches or through its network of associated companies.
Our teams cover the organizational and commercial aspects of the new business allowing the innovator to focus on further developing the innovation for different product-market-combinations minimizing the time-to-market.
