The founders of Bridging Competencies, Maarten Grooters and Erik Bijl, are two life-long friends who share a passion for people, international business and winning business concepts. Both are young professionals educated to run businesses in an international setting.

They have proven to be top performers in well-respected multinational corporations such as DSM and the Suez group. Maarten and Erik’s international network connects Bridging Competencies with key stakeholders that include MBA programs, seasoned experts, technical experts, entrepreneurs and angel investors.

Advisory board

The advisory board consists of (former) top executives that held senior positions at multinationals such as SaraLee, Cabot, AKZO Nobel, and the Suez group. This board is a balanced international team with members in the US and the Netherlands covering the fields of expertise needed to start a business.
