Bridging Competencies was founded by a group of entrepreneurs in 2008, initiated by Maarten Grooters. Maarten is a young professional, educated by DSM. In a relatively short amount of time he got the opportunity to learn all about the challenges of running a company with steep growth numbers across the world.

Bridging Competencies comprises a mix of young entrepreneurs, senior executives and experienced consultants. The group provides the necessary knowledge and experience to build up a new company from scratch.
